EXQUISITE CARE
IN PARSONS GREEN, FULHAM
We would love to welcome you to KYN Hurlingham to view the home and gardens and experience our warm hospitality.
How We Care
At KYN we treat our residents as unique individuals; to embrace the person they were and the person they are today. We are sensitive to their profession; their public and familial role; their hopes, interests, and inspirations; and what we can we do to nourish their mind, body, and spirit.
Focusing on the cornerstones of good health – preventative intervention, nutrition, appropriate physical activity, mental stimulation, and an active social life – we not only materially improve the wellbeing of our residents but significantly enhance their quality of life.
Belonging at KYN: through the lens of
our residents
At KYN, belonging means being cared for in a way that feels you are truly seen and understood, with dignity and respect. It means feeling at home in a space designed to your taste and knowing you’ll find common ground with those around you. In this film, families share what first drew them to KYN.
How We Care
Whether our residents simply require the friendship, comforts and conveniences of a care home or have more complex nursing and specialist dementia needs, the KYN team is committed to ensuring the most enjoyable days for the best quality of life.
We honour the unique character and experiences of every resident, and respectfully provide as much privacy or sociability as requested, offering a wide range of shared or solo activities inside and outside our home.
We are passionate about enriching the mind, body, and spirit of our residents and offer a wealth of opportunities to create, watch, listen, participate, and enjoy.
Our thoughtful and intelligent selection of daily activities is less a catalogue of events and more a part of life; something essential, pleasurable, and designed to provide sensory and neurological benefits.

Every Detail, Considered
Personalised Care, Always
At [Care Home Name], belonging means being cared for in a way that feels you are truly seen and understood, with dignity and respect. It means feeling at home in a space designed to your taste and knowing you’ll find common ground with those around you.
Five-Star Dining, Every Day
Our chefs prepare seasonal menus from fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Each dish is crafted with nutrition, dietary needs, and pure pleasure in mind.
Whether dining in our elegant restaurant, the privacy of one’s own room, or hosting family for Sunday lunch — every meal is an occasion.
A Life Well-Lived
Daily activities are designed to engage mind, body and spirit — from morning yoga and music recitals to gardening, art classes and weekly outings to local landmarks.
Residents shape their own days. Our role is to make every day worth waking up for.
Wellbeing in Every Form
In-house physiotherapy, holistic therapies, on-call GPs and a dedicated wellbeing programme keep our residents physically and emotionally thriving.
From gentle stretching classes to one-to-one massage and chiropody, every detail of wellbeing is attended to with care.
A Team Like Family
Our nurses, carers, chefs and housekeepers are chosen not just for their skill — but for their warmth. Many have been with us for years, and they treat every resident like one of their own.
We invest heavily in training, wellbeing and continuity, because consistent, caring faces are what make a house a home.

How We Care
A few of the questions families most often ask us. If you’d like to know more, our team is always available for a chat.
Personal / Residential Care
We understand that a person’s experience of dementia is as individual and unique as they are. While a dementia diagnosis can mean a greater need for care, our focus is also on supporting our residents’ emotional wellbeing; helping them to maintain their identity and dignity; and enabling a continued engagement with their family. We do this by offering choice, respect, minimising medicinal intervention, and placing the emphasis on research-led care.
We provide our residents living with dementia with calm, enriching environments, in areas designed specifically for their needs with dedicated social spaces, outside terraces, and sensory gardens. We partner with leading research institutions at the forefront of dementia research to continuously develop our individualised service based on the latest best-practice and innovation.
Nursing Care
Respite Care
For those with limited care requirements, moving to a KYN home simply provides a fulfilling, independent lifestyle with new friends; delicious, nourishing food; a concierge to find those sold-out tickets or a table at a favourite restaurant; a convivial and beautiful environment; and a range of life-enriching activities designed to meet a kaleidoscope of interests and needs.
All care at KYN begins with getting to know our residents, no matter how long they intend to stay with us. For our respite residents, creating a detailed and nuanced bespoke care plan allows our experienced team to deliver the right care at the right time, until they are ready to return home.
Palliative / End of Life
Our compassionate and devoted teams approach palliative care with great empathy and sensitivity to enable residents and their families and friends to feel as comfortable and supported as possible, physically and emotionally.
We believe it is a privilege to be entrusted with caring for residents at this stage of their lives. We work closely with residents loved ones and medical and health professionals to design a nuanced care plan to manage pain, maintain dignity, and fill one’s final moments with love, free from fear, with wishes respected.
